Pricing
Full-time placement fees are 20% of the candidate’s first-year base salary. A 5% deposit is due at engagement start; the remaining 15% is due on the candidate’s start date.
30-day replacement guarantee: If a placed candidate leaves or is let go within 30 days of their start date, we conduct a replacement search at no additional fee.
Example: $120,000 annual salary = $24,000 placement fee ($6,000 at engagement, $18,000 on start date).
